Pricing

Three ways to work together.

Most planners quote after a discovery call. We publish. If the number isn't right for your budget, you've lost four minutes instead of two weeks.

We're based in the Mid-Ohio Valley and travel across Central Ohio and up to Amish country. Pick your region below — the price is set by where your wedding is held, not where you live.

12 weddings a year, and no more. One team, one wedding at a time — never two on the same day, in either region. When the 12 are booked the calendar closes, so peak dates in May, September and October go first.

Just need one thing handled? Only want the venue negotiated, the design managed, or the RSVP list run — and nothing else? We add individual services onto any package. Tell us what you need and we'll quote just that.

Packages are priced by what we do, not how much runway is left. A short timeline doesn't lower the price — a rush booking inside 2 months may carry a premium, since we clear the calendar to do it right. More time is always better; if you have it, use it.

These prices are our planning fee — what you pay us for the work above. Your vendors, venue, food, rentals and any events you host are your own budget, paid directly to them. We source, book and manage all of it; we don't mark it up or take a cut.

Who you get

Your planner, plus a few trusted introductions.

What we do is run your day. What we've built over years of doing it is a short list of independent vendors we trust and enjoy working with. They're their own businesses, not ours, and you book and pay them directly — but if you'd like an introduction to a photographer or DJ who already knows how we run a room, we're glad to make one.

What we do

The run sheet

Timeline, vendors, family logistics, and the thousand small decisions between the engagement and the exit. This is us — a named lead planner and a named backup, written into every contract.

Who we'll point you to

Photographers we trust

Independent professionals we've worked alongside for years and can introduce you to. Their own business, their own rates, booked directly with you — no commission passes through us, ever.

Who we'll point you to

DJs who know the flow

Independent sound and reception pros who've run our timelines before. Bring your own if you have someone — but if you don't, you won't be starting from a blank search.

Questions

The ones you're actually asking.

Why is valley pricing lower than Columbus?

The Mid-Ohio Valley is home for us — Marietta, Parkersburg and the river towns — and these are our rates for weddings held there. It's set by where your wedding is, not where you live: venues near the valley get valley pricing, and everything in the Columbus area is priced from the list above. Amish country and other far-out weddings have their own rates, since those bookings take extra trips up before the day — plus one night's lodging for the team. The packages themselves never change — same team, same run sheet, same standard everywhere.

You cover a big area. Are we getting the B team?

There is no B team. It's one team covering all of it — the valley, Columbus, and Amish country — which is exactly why we cap at 12 weddings a year and can only be in one place on any given day. We won't pretend otherwise. You meet your planner before you sign.

Do you take commissions from vendors?

No. We're paid by you and only by you. The photographers, DJs and florists we might point you to are separate businesses — you book and pay them directly, at their rates, and nothing passes through us. If we recommend someone, it's because they show up on time, not because there's a referral fee.

My venue already has a coordinator. Do I need you?

Sometimes not, and we'll tell you. A venue coordinator works for the venue — the building, the staff, and the timeline inside their four walls. They don't manage your florist, chase your string quartet, or handle your family. If your venue covers what you need, book Day-of Coordination, or nothing at all.

What if it rains?

There's a weather call written into every outdoor timeline, at a set hour, made by us with you. One decision, communicated to every vendor at once — instead of 40 people guessing in a group text.

How far do you travel?

No travel charge within an hour of the team. Beyond that — Amish country, Holmes County, anywhere farther out — the only add is one night's lodging so your team is on site rested and early, the same way the vendors we work with handle it. You can book the room yourself or we'll add it to your invoice at cost. Your package rate itself is set by the zones on the pricing page.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. A 30 percent retainer holds the date, and the balance is split evenly across the months between signing and your wedding. No interest, no financing partner.

What if we have to postpone?

Your retainer moves with you, once, to any available date within 18 months at no additional cost. It's in the contract rather than left to goodwill.

Meet the planners

The two people at the back of the room.

We're Kennedy and Haydee Harris, and we started Everlasting Vows because we'd watched too many couples spend their own wedding working it — chasing vendors, fixing timelines, calming relatives — instead of standing in the middle of it. When you hire us, you're not handed off to a coordinator you've never met. You get us, by name, from the first call to the last dance — whether your wedding's in Columbus, the valley, or a barn out in Amish country.

Your pricing is set by where the wedding is held. Not sure yet? Tell us the town you're looking in and we'll quote both.
